INN RESERVATION POLICIES Room rates are based upon single or double occupancy. Two children 12 and under may stay complimentary with parents. Additional persons are 20. each per night. Holiday, special event time periods and peak season weekends may have adjusted rates and minimum stay requirements. Check-in time 3 00 PM Check-out time 11 00 AM All reservations must have a valid credit card processed upon check-in for incidentals and room charges. Debit credit cards will only be accepted as a form of payment for initial deposit and will not be accepted upon check in as a form of payment. PET AND SMOKING POLICIES There is a maximum of two dogs allowed for each of our two pet friendly guest rooms. The first dog stays with its owner complimentary and there is a 20 charge per night for a second dog. Dogs will only be allowed in our two 'pet friendly' rooms.
